Delivery
- Orders ship within 1 business day via DHL.
- Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €25.
- Shipping costs for all other countries are calculated at checkout.
Returns
- We offer a 30-day return period.
- Netherlands & Belgium:
Returns are free via our Sendcloud Return Portal:

Please email info@combekk.com with:
- your order number,
- the item(s) you wish to return,
- the reason for your return.
We will send you the return instructions within 2 business days.
- Return shipping costs:
For returns from countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. - Return conditions:
Products must be unused. Whenever possible, products should be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds & exchanges
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
- Exchanges are processed within 7 business days, subject to product availability.
- If we find signs of use or damage during the inspection, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order.
Order Cancellation
Do you want to cancel your order?
- If you would like to cancel your order, please email info@combekk.com within 1 business day of placing your order.
- Please note that your order may already have been processed and shipped. In that case, the order cannot be cancelled, and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Lost package
- If your package has been lost by one of our shipping partners, please contact us as soon as possible at info@combekk.com.
