Ingredients
- 90 grams of all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 180 ML full-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter to bake
Step-by-step instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 230 C with the combekk classic skillet inside
- Combine all ingredients, whisk until you get a smooth batte rand set aside
- When the temperature of the oven is reached, allow the pan to fully warm another 10 minutes.
- Melt the additional 3 tablespoons of butter in the hot pan inside the oven.
- When melted, quickly pour all of the batter into the centter of the pan.
- Return to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, lower the oven temperature to 200 C.
- Cook until golden, an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Remove and cool to warm. The pastry will deflate as it cools.
