DUTCH BABY

INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 150 gr flour
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Butter
- Greek yoghurtÂ
- Fresh fruitÂ
- Mint
- Icing sugar
PREPARATION
1. HIGH HEAT
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Use our Double Handle Fry Pan for this recipe. Put the pan in the oven right away too, so it gets nice and warm.
2. MIX IT
Mix the flour, eggs, milk, cinnamon and sugar well with a mixer. Remove the hot pan from the oven and put the cube of butter in the pan.
The butter will melt immediately. Then pour the batter into the pan. Rotate the pan for a while so that the batter is well distributed.
3. DECORATE
Bake the Dutch baby in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve with icing sugar, a scoop of Greek yoghurt, fruit and mint.
