The Ceramic range might be our best range ever made. The COMBEKK Ceramic is made from premium quality stainless steel and is provided with a durable, natural ILAG ceramic coating. This fry pan is not exactly lightweight if you’re talking about kitchen assets. The hollow handle makes this pan perfect for cooking without burning your hands. The ceramic coating makes it so easy to clean, easy to serve on a platter and durable as well. This professional coating is very strong, but we advise you to handle it with great care.

The 6mm sandwich bottom – made from 100% recycled, solid stainless steel – makes sure the heat is divided perfectly. Due to the 3-ply bottom, this fry pan is rock solid and it is not easy to flip over on your stove. Available in 4 sizes and a high fry pan (wok).

Preparing

After you remove the pan from the packaging, do a thorough wash to remove all the dust and particles. Use paper towels or a clean dish towel to thoroughly dry the pan after washing and rinsing it.

A small amount of butter or oil is all that’s needed to keep food from sticking. We recommend not using nonstick cooking sprays because it can lead to a build-up of residue and the added ingredients can damage the pan. While cooking, it is best to use cookware materials like, wood, silicone, plastic, or nylon spoons and spatulas are good choices to use for cooking.

Extreme temperature changes, like putting a hot pan directly into cold water can damage the nonstick coating and may even shatter the pan. After the pan cooled down you can put it in the dishwasher or wash it by hand with a soft sponge or brush and some dishwashing soap.
