GREEN ASPARAGUS QUICHE

INGREDIENTS

  • A packet of puff pastry
  • 200 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • Pack of green asparagus
  • 1 red onion
  • 5 eggs
  • Cooking cream
  • Feta
  • Ricotta
  • Pecans
  • Dill
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper

PREPARATION

1. DOUGH

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Separate the dough slices and remove the foil. Allow the slices to thaw. Place a sheet of baking paper in the double handle. Line the Double Handle with the dough slices.

2. CUT IT

Cut the red onion into rings, halve the cherry tomatoes and remove the tips of the asparagus. 

3. WHISK IT

Whisk the eggs with the cooking cream. Chop the feta and mix it into the egg mixture together with the ricotta. Using a grater, grate the zest of the lemon, then halve the lemon and add the juice and grated zest to the egg mixture. Mix the egg mixture into the vegetables. In addition, add the finely chopped dill and season with salt and pepper.

3. BAKE IT

Spread the filling over the tart base. Crumble the remaining feta over the quiche.
Bake the quiche for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and cooked.
